Anxiety can be debilitating and causes many different physical and emotional symptoms, too long to list here.

The symptoms of Depression can include the following: difficulty concentrating, fatigue, decreased energy, a feeling of heaviness or numbness, insomnia, loss of interest in life, persistent sad, anxious or empty feelings. When untreated, and severe, it can lead to thoughts of suicide.

I treat depression as a condition in which there is a fundamental disconnection from the core self, a block in the ability to connect to inner guidance, to one’s heart’s longing, and to deeper emotions like anger and rage. There is a deadness in the energy field that looks like thick grey clouds and mucous. Its as if the light of the soul is veiled.

Clearing the heavy energy around the heart and head, creates access to the deeper emotions underneath. These emotions are explored in a gentle way, always held in the light of the soul’s deepest longing. Often we can identify when your heart shut down, because you couldn’t cope with some aspect of life experience. As you feel the original source of disconnection there is paradoxically, a reconnection your sense of purpose in life.

Deep stuck patterns, such as feelings of hopelessness and desperation resolve as a stronger pattern of energy is transmitted to support and stabilise hopefulness. This can take a few sessions, but the results are often dramatic. Contact us to know more.
